Business Jaguar’s Path

„What you do now impacts the next seven generations" - whisper the Indigenous people of the Americas, teaching us about responsibility.

For Leaders and Business Owners For Teams and Organizations

  • In coaching with leaders, I focus on systemic thinking. Leaders of the New Era (Jaguar Leaders) are starting to look at their organizations differently. The idea of the solitary hero leader is being abandoned.
  • Traditional executive coaching inadvertently supported a non-systemic approach of the individual. One person or team believes they are powerful enough to change the system.
  • Systemic leadership takes into account the energy within the entire system and its goals and coherence, instead of focusing solely on individual people.
  • One reason there are so many different models, theories, and ideas about leadership is that it is approached from the level of an individual or a team, making leadership very complex.
  • Leaders often believe that if they just develop enough self-awareness to reach their natural strengths, work on their „Achilles’ heels”, and manage themselves well, they will be able to face any challenge the organization presents to them.
  • However, their tremendous effort is not able to change the dynamics of the system. It is too much for one person, one leadership style, or one model to handle.
  • The systemic perspective, which reveals invisible psychological and energetic connections, shows an alternative approach that can unleash energy and bring clarity within small and large, complex organizational systems.

  • Just like in individual coaching, many “odd” or “difficult” types of behavior or conflicts can reveal a deeper sense when viewed in the context of the entire system to which they belong.
  • When working with team systemic problems, we operate at a non-personal level, at the level of function or role, and at the level of the system. This allows systemic awareness and energy to flow without the risk of tensions surfacing between individuals.
  • The foundation of the systemic approach lies in some simple truths that are common to all systems of human relationships. These natural orders, also known as organizing principles or forces sustaining systems.
  • The systemic approach in team coaching works when the team expresses something on behalf of the system, meaning: • it experiences difficulties • it lacks energy • it cannot concentrate • it is stuck in repetitive patterns or conflict • developmental coaching and moderating sessions have not yielded lasting results

  • Development of psychological and business competencies also involves diagnostics using psychometric tools.
  • If you are interested in diagnostics regarding your maturity for taking on a business or social role, it is worthwhile to be aware of your strengths and weaknesses, natural predispositions, and hidden motivations that facilitate or hinder business development, as well as the ability to “manage” yourself.
  • Psychometric tools complement psychosocial competencies and psychological support necessary for better understanding your unique qualities and taking on new roles in life.
  • If you represent a desired configuration of personality traits and business-interpersonal competencies and only need minimal support or direction for your skills, diagnostics using psychometric tools will help you reach even better quality in your personal and professional life.
I invite you to diagnostic sessions, during which we will discuss the results of your individual reports and the team report together. I provide support using four psychometric and diagnostic tools:
  • FRIS® Thinking and Acting Styles FRIS® is a licensed tool that provides a solid foundation for the development of soft skills. It is used to describe the diversity of thinking and acting styles based on 4 cognitive perspectives. Analyzing all of these perspectives helps to explain which information has the highest priority for the individuals being studied, especially when they find themselves in new situations. There is also a team report available, which serves the diagnosis of, among others: – matching tasks in a team that combine satisfaction with effectiveness – cooperation to communicate better in teams – the potential of individual Thinking Styles to strive for synergy
  • EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® Emotional and Social Intelligence EQ-i 2.0® is a licensed tool that measures emotional intelligence in the following five dimensions: intrapersonal intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, adaptability, stress management, and general well-being.The theoretical basis of the method is a mixed model of emotional intelligence that also includes personality traits. Each of the five areas of the Emotional Intelligence model is divided into 3 subscales, which determine: – strengths and areas for development in one’s own emotional intelligence, as well as – providing practical guidance for developing emotional intelligence skills in relationships and professional life. There is also an EQ 360® report available, which compares your self-assessment in the areas of emotional and social intelligence with the assessment of other individuals invited by you to participate in the study, those who work closest with you.
  • CliftonStrengths® Talents and Strengths CliftonStrengths®34 is an online survey that diagnoses 34 talent patterns based on positive psychology. This tool consists of two personalized reports, „Strengths Insight” and „Action Planning”. It is used for: – better understanding of one’s talents -learning to recognize them in various professional and private situations – forming a habit of naming the brilliance and shadows of one’s talents – expanding knowledge on how to counteract the shadows of one’s talents by recognizing the dynamics that dominate between themThe CliftonStrengths®34 survey is also used in the development of competencies necessary for co-creating a culture of strengths at the team and then organizational levels. Developing talents in teams based on individual report results allows for: – recognizing the uniqueness of each team member – building an atmosphere of understanding and appreciation of diversity – developing a positive language to name unique needs and motivations in the team – reorganizing work so that each person in the team can do what they are naturally best at every day
  • EvaluSkills® Workplace Skills 360-degree Assessment This is an online, 360-degrees leadership assessment service whereby coworkers (peers, subordinates, and superiors) evaluate the employee’s proficiency level with selected soft skills. The assessment instrument can be translated into different languages, with client assistance, to facilitate the administration of the service to the evaluators. The reports are in English, but with translated content of the assessment items. The participant receives a comprehensive Participant Report and Action Plan at the conclusion of the assessment process. The organization receives a Group Report that summarizes the results for detailed analyses of the workplace culture and operating environment. A 360-degree assessment is a valuable tool for understanding how those you work with see your interpersonal effectiveness. It is designed to reveal both blind spots and what others see as your strengths. The insights in this 360-degree assessment can be used to promote professional development, increase self-awareness, self-management and accountability.

  • Many people, teams, and organizations operate within the realm of forces and principles that organize systems, often without realizing it.
  • As a result, they are unwittingly entangled in the dynamics that arise from ignoring or disregarding these forces. This dynamic manifests as powerlessness and difficulties in leading others, a lack of clear role division, high-level staff turnover, conflicts, and other challenging phenomena and behaviors. These are signs of systemic issues.
  • Organizational constellations enable the organization to function harmoniously, achieve intended changes, and seek potential solutions. This is only successful when systemic orders are respected.
  • Organizational constellations enable
    – Understanding the causes of conflicts in the workplace
    – Resolving issues at the management and leadership level of the company
    – Identifying the reasons for employee motivation decline
    – Facilitating structural and personnel changes
    – Stimulating customer interest in the product
    – Revealing the causes of the company’s financial problems
    – Eliminating communication difficulties and information flow in the organization
    – Assisting in negotiations
    – Finding the right place for the employee within the company

  • The more you move away from the essence of your being, the less you understand?
  • Are values such as honesty in action, respecting the boundaries of psychological territory in yourself and others, respect, humility, and surrendering your ego to something greater important to you?
  • Do you want to grow and take care of your health and well-being in life and business?
  • People are increasingly aware of the importance of the mental zone, a systemic approach, and well-being.
  • Over the past 18 years, I have conducted training in 10 areas of psychoeducation. In the search for paths to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, you need someone who possesses knowledge, experience, wisdom, and intuition and who also sees and understands with the heart.

Animals inhabiting the Earth can serve as guides for humans. Indigenous cultures believe that animals possess medicine power, which is the power of healing. The lessons they bring to us can aid us on our human path of development. The jaguar imparts teachings on the power of compassionate heart and integrity in action. It teaches us to express our strength with grace and treat others with respect.

I co-organize events for teams and entire organizations where the Jaguar Business Path will help awaken in you:

  • elf-assurance
  • courage
  • speed
  • independence
  • problem-solving
  • self-sufficiency
  • treading your own path
  • endurance
  • perseverance
  • patience
  • leadership
  • internal wisdom
  • open heart
  • strength
  • survival
  • intuition

We learn these qualities during customized outdoor workshops (off-site from the company premises) tailored to your needs. My ideas for developing the psychological-business competencies necessary for leadership positions involve a combination of mental and physical training, as well as fortitude. Working in groups during workshops such as archery, ceramics, and dance, we incorporate an element of fun, and the positive emotions accompanying the learning double the growth of creativity and effectiveness in action. These trainings are incredibly engaging, immediately training a wide range of different business skills at once. If you want to learn more, please get in touch with me

Traditional Archery

Pottery is one of the oldest crafts in the world. The first clay vessels were made 14,000 years ago. Remains of such items have been found in Japan and China. Even older clay artifacts (decorations, jewelry, etc.) are over 25,000 years old. People molded various things from clay long before they started writing. They did it out of practical necessity but also because it is an incredibly enjoyable and satisfying activity. Clay, imagination, and handiwork – you’ll take a break from the keyboard and mental work, create something beautiful, and immerse yourself in the sensual experience of working with clay. Clay teaches patience, develops imagination, relaxes, and deepens aesthetic sensitivity. Combining fun with manual work and practicing the ideas of slow life and mindfulness is something your team will appreciate and gladly transfer to the business.

Kizomba Social Dance

Kizomba originates from Angola, and the term means „good time”. The name is somewhat misleading because it suggests dynamism, while kizomba is slow. Sometimes this dance is referred to as the „African tango” because it is performed in a close frame (the partner leads the partner). During the dance lessons, you gain confidence, shed shyness, and show your inner strength. Moving to the rhythm of music improves mood, creates a good atmosphere, and facilitates relaxation. Dance is a tool that allows you to hone the skills necessary for professional development: targeted dance-improvisation exercises help you learn assertiveness, communication, negotiation, empathy, relationship building, improvisation, as well as discipline, group responsibility, cooperation, and leadership. In dance, the learning process is faster and more effective when both hemispheres of the brain are stimulated and additional senses are engaged: hearing (music) and balance (motor coordination).

Tensions in the body, aches, fatigue, low mood – most of us experience such a state from time to time, for some, it is a daily reality defining their quality of life. Touch – it is the first sense we develop in the fetal period and one of our basic needs that we are often deprived of or experience to a small extent in our everyday adult life. The power of touch affects us on a psychological and physical level, giving us a sense of security, closeness, trust, adding vital strength, and even healing. Holistic massage – a holistic approach assumes comprehensiveness and an attempt to embrace the individual elements of the entire system and the interrelationships between them. Massage in a holistic approach improves the functioning of the body on a physical level: the flexibility of soft tissues, blood and lymph circulation, thus nourishing and cleansing the body, but also encompasses our psychological and emotional state, and even spiritual aspects, combining bodywork techniques with the healing power of presence, attentive touch, and intuition. We invite you to individual holistic massage sessions using muscle-fascial, Hawaiian, and classic techniques. Deep bodywork that brings relief in pain, helps release blockages and tensions in the body caused mechanically and through psychological holding patterns, bringing a sense of vitality, energy flow, and joy of life.

Jaguar spends a long time observing before taking any action. It waits for that one crucial moment when it decides to „jump” and achieve its goals.

Jaguar does not act hastily. It is connected with its heart and acts in a way that it does not have to be ashamed of. It moves with confidence.
